In July, XCMG acquisition of German Schwing 52% shareholdings; December, Weichai and German KION Group completed investment transactions, Weichai total investment of 738 million euros to acquire a 25% stake KION and from Linde Material Handling Limited to acquire its 70% stake in the hydraulics business.
